Edit the Navbar Empty Edit the Navbar

I'm using PHPBB3 and was wondering if I can edit what links go on the navbar. If not can I shorten what they say. I added a custom link and now they go off the end of the backround image. The options are there, I just can't edit them... Thanks

The default ones, you cannot edit.

Well to change the image. If you wan't you can create other ones by deleting the default ones.
