Threads/Posts issue

I have a sticky that's in use quite a lot, but I was just looking through a forum and I noticed that it's a sticky and not a sticky but they're the exact same topic, like this:

What did I do and how can I sort this?

I think he means the daily chit chat thread which on the main forum has reach it's capacity of 990 posts. It probably split automatically and one of the mods or admin merged it as a stick so members could find it more easily. There are a lot of forums where this is never an issue because their threads are pretty short so a lot of members are not aware of the limits in a thread.

Olga, good observation. That seems to be like the issue. So thats a limit pogosheep.

No problem Sanket...It happens a lot on my forum where we have a daily blog and we have to manually break the thread before it reaches the limit and number them #1, #2, etc. so that our members don't get confused.

That's pretty annoying =F it happened on count to 5,000 as well <_<
No way to get higher than 1,000?

No..but it has been suggested. To vote follow this link They may change these limits in their next update if there are enough votes.
