Maybe you haven't activated it yet.

Go to Administrationpanel > Modules > Portal Management > And the you can se the text "Click here to install it".

Have you done it?

NeonManiac As already mentioned above, must access this resource, most cases have turned your portal so you must ensure that it is the end of the page or not!

Access: Control Panel:: Modules:: Setting the portal>
search for: Show Portal: (Check "YES")

One more question, you created a portal to be displayed?
