Disable Personal Avatars Empty Disable Personal Avatars

How can i disable in my site to upload Personal Avatars? Becuse i wan't only my gallery pictures allowed.
And it would be cool if i knew how to display gallery pictures whitout pressing the "gallery" button.

don't think that is possible.
you can either disable all avatars or use all avatars
