Hello,

1) have you activated it, and made it to scroll? (thats the scrolling announcements right?)

2) try clearing ur cache & cookies

3) You are not meant to be able to; a thread must be moved in there, were not aloud to make new topics (chaos prevention)

2.) hahaha i've cleared cache & cookies and i've refreshed paged for more times but it's not effected, don't u think i'm a noob i'll need help if that really urgent for me

Well i just went there and you scroll announcement and the chat box seems to be working fine for me?

Don_FixYBoys it's not a good idea to put guest pass on the forum like that.
there are a lot of spammers that come through here and giving them access to your forum like that.. well they can have a field day. if you have to provide something like that to a staff member just send it to them via pm/email. if you are unable to reach the staff member you are trying just send it to another one to pass on to them along with the thread it pertains too.

i will pass the temp pass you provided to Mrmario so he can take a look too.
so dont change it yet give him time to get there. but it seems to all be working for me there.

i've consulted with mrmario but he said he hasn't clue for my problem , i made some screenshot for mrmario to look my problem..

your saying you can not log into your chat box and your scrolling announcement is not working.

they seem to be fine for me. i sent you a pm on your forum too.
you can put up the screen shots if you like? i am curious to see whats it's doing for you.

it might have something to do with your browser?
like i said it's working for me.Try clearing all your cookies and history then close you browser and go back to it.. or try a different browser.

if not hang in there someone else will have to look into it for you.
did Mario go there yet? like befor i replied the first time.

sure , mario is the first look my problem, so he said "i don't have a clue"

i've cleaned all cookies & caches , i've used another browser & pc in my house but the results are same untill i uninstall the application..
