Forum width problem <urgent>

The problem is depending on forum's width... its really annoying :S and yet so important :S...

I need to set width to 100% so the width on widescreen monitors is all over the width of monitor itself.. and yet on monitor 4:3 its also over its all width... The option in admin panel to do so is bugged... when i set it to 100% it looks like the Screen Shot under this text... and when its empty, its normal... and now while its empty it has this problem :S like its set to 100%... please look at the SS and reply... this is REALLY urgent

There should be a code i could type in the CSS so i don't have this problem... after looking the CSS of my forum, it only has 1 row thats depending on forum width but its in pixels i need 100%... REPLY AND LOOK AT THE SCREEN SHOT...

this isn't my SS its from my member that has wide screen.

I've just found out something... In Firefox/Opera/IE this problem appears for me too... but in Google Chrome i'm currently using... its not appearing.... and to add more info...
