Solved Spam Control

I have seen when members join on other forums, it asks you to type in a spam control confirmintion code, how do I add that to my site? Thanks!

I have a screenshooting of a Forumotion forum with a confirmation code. You can tell it is Forumotion because of the footer. I made it for a friend, and it was there already when I got it. It is PHPBB3.
