Spam Control/Code Confirming Appereance

Is it possibly for me to remove the "Spam Control"/"Code Confirming" when somebody is registering on my site? and how?

If you don't know what I mean with "Spam Control"/"Code Confirming", so look here.

Hello,

that is because you have let the members Automatic activation so if you change it to User then you will not see the code when members register to your forum.
