Changing Page Headers

i wanna remove some and fully edit them can i, since i know you can add them

I dont quite get what your asking...but you con modify things by clicking this button

The headers you have as default can never be deleted, but they can be edited. Simply take away their icon or name and you won't see them

To make headers simply click the small green addition sign.

The only way of removing them is going into Admin Panel>>Display tab>>Pic Management>>Simple Mode>>Click on the one of the Buttons>>Remove url>>Save

Repeat to do what you want.

the Nav Links or the images of the nav links ?

the actual links however i guess i cant, so you guys can remove this topic if i cant remove the actual text and links, thanks for the effort though
