Utilities Empty Utilities

I accidentley deleted some posts, and gone via the utilities to restore it.I have tried several times to change it to get them back.Any suggestions?Thanks.

im sorry but as soon as you delete posts i dont believe you can get them back. i recomend making a "garbage" forum to throw everything unless its spam.
