VERY EASY!

Just go on top and look for Scroll. Press it and enter your text
Code:

[scroll]TEST

then press scroll again!
Code:

[scroll]TEST[/scroll]
That will happen. Now this is what it will look like

Why dont you just make an animated pic or something and make it move? Just use photoshop like I do! ^.^
