Abandoned Forum - Need Redirect

About a month or so ago, something happened with our forum. I went into the utils to change the owner email address and all admins on the forum somehow lost admin panel access. The message after changing the owner email address was something like check your email to verify your site but no email ever came to the old email or the new one. So at that point we were basically messed up bigtime.

We were planning to just backup the site and move it to a dedicated server but then the above happened. Since then we have just started a new forum from scratch on the dedicated server. So at this point, we want to completely shutdown the old forum and put in place a redirect to the new URL, away from forumotion.

We have access to https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils, our regular accounts on the forum still work, but all previous admins have no access to ACP, so what options do we have?

We want a permanent redirect from the old site and sub-pages to the new URL.
