Visitor Message

My Users Cant Post Visitor Messages

Please help

They must not allow normal members to post it.

Try this please:

Profile=>Preferences=>Allow visitors messages on my profile=>Choose who can send V.M.=>Save

i cant see preference under profile options

It's a tab that you click on,when you log into your account,then by clicking the profile button in your navigation bar.

~Information
~Preferences
~Signature
~Avatar
~F & F
~Topic is being watched
~Ect
~Ect

i want to set it for all members, so the can message each other

Oh! I thought you said that the members can't send V.M.

If you want to activate V.M. please do the following:

ACP=>Users & Groups Tab=>Users=>Profiles=>General Options=>Tabs to display=>tick V.Messages=>Save

it is ticked brother, what i want is, all members can leave visitor messages to any member.

That can and cannot be done.

In the advanced profile:
Every member of the forum has the option to allow all users, friends ect only to leave them visitor messages.
The user can change that themselves, to allow messages there or not.

In the Basic Profile:
This cannot be done.
