Still having problems with frames (please move to N of a T)

Still cannot get the frames to work on my html pages...

ps: you have also a many error in the script and i correct this.

That wouldent work, I need frames not simply an error message.

I wanted the bit at the end to be commented out.

If you don't know what the problem with the FRAMES is you cant help me. Simply by making the frames work in some way the noframes tag would do the rest.

Yet again I ask someone to move this to 'need of a technician'.
