You want to know how to put a frame around a picture? You would need some graphic program to do that or request that in the graphic section => https://help.forumotion.com/graphic-design-section-f6/

I am lost. You are talking about a frame for a picture and now a theme?

Frames in pictures? Empty Re: Frames in pictures?

I think multikom4o meant "Topic" instead of "theme".However..
1. Sorry, users can't change their frame. The frame is one for all.
2. You can make a search like I did and found this topics:
For phpp2:
https://help.forumotion.com/other-problems-f46/border-at-avatar-t81158.htm?highlight=frame+avatar
I know this is for border, but it can changes with picture of frame as I already saw in this forumotion forum - example link.
If you had already read the topic from my search, then you have to delete the css code for the border
Code:

border: 2px solid #006666;border-radius: 3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;
And replace with this:
Code:

                background: #000 url('http://www.artefact-rpg.com/ros/images/fond.png') repeat-y;
                width: 190px;
                border-bottom: 1px #000 solid;
I grab the code from the example. fufufu
You have to change the url with your image and other settings to suits your forum, too.
Also, you must center the avatar - AP/Display/Templates/General/viewtopic_body -> find {postrow.displayed.POSTER_AVATAR} and change with
Code:
<center>{postrow.displayed.POSTER_AVATAR}</center>
.

For phpp3 I found that must be impossible, sorry.

Frames in pictures? Empty Re: Frames in pictures?

For the second question:
1. AC/Users & Groups/Users/Profiles/Add (Frames in pictures? Ajouter)
2. Type: set to "Image list"
  • Name: Whatever you like, it doesn't matter. Ex. : Frame
  • Description: Whatever you like, it doesn't matter. Ex. : frame of your avatar picture..
  • Url icon: blank
  • Necessarily filled? Your choise, but it's good to be "No".
  • Display: tick the Profil and Messages, too.
  • Display type: choose Icon
  • Who can modify the profile field value ?: This must be "Member himself".
  • Display this field for users that are at least : Whatever you like, it doesn't matter. EX. : Guests
  • Separator: No choise
  • Scroll down page. There you will see where to add the pictures of your frames.You can add as many as you want.

3. AC/Display/Pictures and Colors/Colors/CSS. Put this code there and save:
Code:
.user-frame2{
position:absolute;
z-index:-1
}
.user-frame1{
position:absolute;
z-index:2
center;
}
4. AC/Display/Templates/General/viewtopic_body
Find this code:
Code:
            {postrow.displayed.RANK_IMAGE}{postrow.displayed.POSTER_AVATAR}<br /><br />
            <!-- BEGIN profile_field -->
            {postrow.displayed.profile_field.LABEL}
Replace with this new code:
Code:
<center>{postrow.displayed.RANK_IMAGE}</div>
<TABLE BORDER="0" cellpadding="0" CELLSPACING="0">
<TR>
<TD  WIDTH="150"><div class="user-frame2">{postrow.displayed.profile_field.LABEL}</div>
<div class="user-frame1">{postrow.displayed.POSTER_AVATAR}</div></center></TD>

</TR>
</TABLE>
            <!-- BEGIN profile_field -->
