Groups in the wrong order

Help!Can someone please solve this,my groups are showing up in the wrong order!The Moderators group is showing up in front of the Admins. group!

Admin Panel>>User & Groups Tab>>Groups>>click on the 
(Modify) and look for order and postion them in the right order>>Save
Admin should be 0 and the other can be what ever they want.
