Auto Warning system?

Is there a way to make your warning system automatically add on to someone when they first register?

What do you mean? Like by Default its Green (as in its fine)?

Yes, When you make a warning bar make the green one the default value, then hit Replace All content, and then it will be on everyone, and new members when they join.
