Auto-update for warning bars?

Pardon me if this was supposed to come in another forum, but I couldn't quite decide.
Is there any way we can make the warning bars update automatically, like if a member has been reported twice, his bar turns yellow from green, and if he's been reported five times, it turns red, or something like that?

No, its not possible. I think its better that way too, because not all reports are legible.

you will have to adjust the warning bar manually for members breaking any rules etc..I honestly think it's better that way because you can also add notes to there profile to know what they where warned for in case they break more rules in the future.

Add notes to their profile? Could you please tell me how? (or at least direct me to a page that explains the procedure.)

sure just click on a members name it will go to there profile.
you will see a Lil comment box that you can add notes to.
if you do not see the box. look where it says comments and click that to open it
