Auto Blog creation

On my forum, i have gave my members the option to have there own blog on my forum.
But each member has to contact me telling me the name they want for it and i have to go and manually create it for them.

so what i am suggesting is a option where members click a button and fill out some details Name etc and it will automatically create the blog for them in a specific section of your choice.
in my case that would be inside a forum called "the Blogs'.

though it get annoying ppl randomly making a blog....
so there must be an option to allow/disallow members... or a group... to be able to make blogs at all

Yeah I agree, something like what the gallery has where you have the option to approve or not or a group that has permission to create them
