can't find admin panel

hi i'm admin on my forum but don't can find the admin panel help pls
and when i do http://l-o-m.goodforum.net it says im not admin but when i log in normal it says i'm admin

but don't shows the panel

Are you the founder of the forum?

If not, it's because the founder gave you only the rank, and not the permissions. In the user management, he must click on the "Permissions" tab at the top of the page, and the he types your name.

Then he see this :


That's where he must go to give you the permissions.

im the founder of the forum but why can't i log in anymore? (i have to go to the admin panel)

and one of my member is admin also but why cant she see the admin panel?
