how do i do it

To ban someone's ip address,you'll have to go to your administration panel. Click on the Users & Groups Tab. You'll see a table to the left. Go to the table with the title, Users. Click on Ban Control. Scroll down to the field ~ Ban one or more IP addresses or hostnames. Type in someone's ip address, and press the Save button.
