Hello And Welcome to Forumation,

Seems to me you have Header html error issue
please, follow this page www.forumotion.com/en/utils
login using your e-mail that you provided us while registering your forums(MAKING) and your pass.

Once you are logged in follow this steps:
Remove HTML errors... i am unsure where error is located but it's in headers and i am also unfamiliar with your knowledge of html.. but i hope this helps you.
If you have any html knowledge you should be able after using this i just posted to correct your errors and fix your board.

EDIT: Hello again after visiting your forums i noticed everything is alright, you may have browser problems.
Try changing browser.
