How can I create a skin to my forum?

Hey guys!

I really need help here! I'm trying to create a forum for my students in which I'd love to post a skin with the picture of our school so that any student at my school can participate and present their worries and problems. However, I could not do such a thing in hitskin.com so if you know of a way to do so or a site that might be useful... PLEASE HELP COZ I'M DESPRERATE HERE!

You can only use a graphics program or ask requests in the graphic requests section.

Hmm..Adobe Photoshop CS4 is the best buy you have to pay for it...

GIMP is free and next to Photoshop, it's the best.

Or just get a regular skin from HitSkin.com with nothing on it, and just edit it. You can do it that way too, without a program. Need a forum first though.

You can also ( if you use templates, PunBB and PhpBB2!) make your own div tags in the CSS style with CSS3.

CSS3 gives has alot features, you can even make round corners or give a shadow under a panel without images.
