how to points system work ??

how to points system work ??
i set my points with this in all my forums :
- per message = +1
- per subject = +3
i check point at my member that have 2 post, and his points are 20 points...

can you tell me where "20" comes from...???

Theres also points for how many days you have been a member, how many PM's and I think theres another. But really, if the user has been there for like 10 days, then 20 points is logical.

i forget to inform this :

Gain per profile message : 0 points
Gain per friend : 0 points
Gain per day since registration : 0 points

and he has been joined in my forum since January 2009...

can you tell me exact calculation to yield "20" ?
