How does rep system work with RPG?

I would like to know how does the rep system work with RPG forums. I may have asked this before but I'm still very confused about the rep system on phpbb forum. How does it work? Thanks in advance.

You can now make a reputation system with personalized profile options but it will still require you to make changes to it manually, same as the character sheet way. You would go to admin>>>general>>profiles add a personalised profile. Call it repuation and if you want to use images select images, if you want to use just numbers select text. You can use bars too. Set whom can edit it and select save. You can then go into any members profile and edit it as per your choice of reputation status.

I have a few more questions, though. Is it possible for members to donate reputation points to other users? If so, how do I enable that feature?
The reputation system worked perfectly. However, it will only enable the values to go up to 3 digits. Is it possible to add more digits to the reputation point? If possible, how do I do that? Thanks in advance.

hi this is a new feature so bear with me, it would be possible by setting the personalized profile option to members being able to change it not just admin but...they could so whatever they wanted if you allow that (like take off 10 points say, instead of one) so you would have to be very trusting of them. Alternatively you could have a reputation forum where members could post the changes they want, or ask to be pmed

If you are using the personalised profile option, you should be able to set to plain text and use any amount of digits

I got up to the part when I get to the 'general administration'. But then after that I sort of lost it. Where is the 'add a personalized profile'? I can't find it...But then again, I'm new at this...


EDIT: Never mind, sorry I found it. This is helpful though. =)
