still cant sticky topics

i made a post regarding my new froum a while ago.
basicly the problem was that i could not sticky a topic.

i was told to change the format, or the skin, because the one i was using was probably faulty.
so i did that.
i still seem to have the same problem.
it seems no matter what format i use, or skin i use, i still can't sticky a topic.

is there any way i can get the sticky command to work without making a new forum.
i just dont want to ask my members to have to make new accounts again.

bro i had the same problema with my website. i cant make the existing topic to be a stciky topic too,..

This skin has a problem with the sticky options, you need to install another skin from hitskin.

try clicking on the + looking button on the Options area
you should find what your looking for

Probably he meant, after installing a new skin.

yes i did mean after i got another skin.

but when i was going to take the screenshot, i actually noticed there was a very small circle where it said sticky WHEN YOU MAKE THE TOPIC where you just click on it and it gets filled with a small black dot.

other forums i have used in the passed, you sticky the topic AFTER you are done making the post, not during making the post.
