Solved [Need Help] Mod Powers

I made one of the users on my forum a mod. He doesn't have the powers such as lock, move,delete, etc. Help.

Go to the forum Via Admin panel,and set it's permissions in advanced mode.

You'll be able to set the permissions for a mod group to do whatever you'd like.
