Solved View Profile Navigation Button and Forum Questions

Can anyone show me how to out in a View Profile navigation button? Like you'll click on the link on the navigation bar and it'll direct you to your profile page. I do not want it to direct to Edit My Profile.

Also can anyone help me on how to make a navigation bar somehow like this?

It won't work as every Profile has a number code at the end of the url.
