Delete my account and forum

Hi

a) How can I delete my account?

b) I followed other instructions to delete me account but when I get onto the right page (admin panel) and click on general and forum it isnt there. Am I on the right page and if I am how do I delete my forum? I am defiently logged in as admin becasue in the top right hand corner it says
Logged in as: Admin [Log out]

You can't delete your own account on your forum unless you are not the founder you can ask someone else to delete the account.

I went on the link and I have correctly entered the infomation more than once but its not working.

You sure I just did and on one of my accounts and it worked.

It won't let you do your account if you are the Founder.
