Rights to see a user's personal album

So I've been wondering, who has the right to see a personal album???
can users see each other's personal album
or does it have something to do with the friends system xP

You can set up your own settings via admin panel.

ACP (admin control panel) --> Modules --> Gallery --> Personal Albums

ok if I set it to members what does that mean xD
does that mean that all members of the forum will be able to see the personal album?

If you set it to members, all members will be able to see it (except banned members obviously).

And no, there is no option for only friends.
