Solved Automatic list update

So, I've got a RPG forum, and I'm wondering if there's any script or such(since I haven't seen an option on AP) to update lists on character sheets automatically. If forum will grow bigger, even group of 10 Administrators won't be able to handle it.

Example:
Experience points(Points system) Reward
30 Thing1
70 Thing2
... ...

and the list:
Automatic list update Screen12

Is there any way to update this automatically?
