colorize members > legend issue

i have following problem:

i have a group... and i want to colorize its members names...
so i choose a color and check the box to colorize their names...
BUT.. which checking this box... the groups name appears in the legend...

and i really dont want this group to appear in the legend...

is there anyway to make it the way i want???
of should i just go to suggestions again?

and even if the group is set to hidden...
the members names will appear colored...

but they do not appear colored...
its just as if i havent even chosen to color them at all

You have to make the group to closed.

but if i make it a closed group...
it appears in the legend

Oh so then its not possible to keep it hidden & make the usernames colored.
