Scrolling pictures

Hiya Guy's I'm still very new to all this so take it easy with me first of all I want to say that this forum is one of the best I have come across for help and professionalism anyway to my problems I want to create a scroll that goes across the top of my forum and I can't seem to find the answer here, and is it possible to scroll pictures across instead of text ?

Hello, Thanx for this Gr8 Info that we can Scroll pics too.....I want to ASk a thing that as i Host a large pic on Imageshack. When i Give the direct image link on the Forums....Only some part of image is shown & rest is unshown.

Is there any method or way that we can see full view of the bigger Pictures easily?.

you can just add the url to it then you get a scrolling pciture

If you are posting the large pics to announcement then possibly it won't show up full because the announcement features might have limited height and width for images.
