Dices Roll - Image not informed ????

Hello, I searched throughout this forum to see if my question had been answered, but as many problems everyone has had with dices roll game I didn't find this one. I just activated the game and added images for dice and it was working fine, somewhere something went wrong and when I roll a dice I come up as a guest. Everyone elses is fine. It says 'member 'so and so' rolled 'so and so' dice', but mine doesn't recognize me for some reason. I am the administrator if that helps. I think the bbcode got messed up somewhere. When I click the dice button it doesn't give me the 'member did this action' line before the dice roll. Pasting the actions in don't work.

Anyone help?
