Problem with a language Empty Problem with a language

Please Help me. I want to set the language forum "Lithuanian" and I shall adopt "Lingala". The same forum is English language, though I would like to Lithuanian, shall adopt and Lingala. Set I tried many times.

what is lingala???

you can change forum language in the admin cp
general > configuration

Lingala is language. Very Happy
I will determine the way you said. That is the problem that I set, but very different shows. Now click on some kind of other language and I have set Lietuvių (Lithuanian), and what I wanted. But still shows everything in English.
