Block Proxy's

is there a way to Block Proxy s IP s to be used on the forums?
i know that on VBulletin is a option for that

ACP >> Users/Groups >> Ban Control.

Man i mean to Block Proxy IP s ... all IP s used by proxy s ...
not to ban the Proxy s
there are so many proxy you cant ban them all lol
i know a Forum That uses VBulletin
and the owner must set a option to block all the Proxy IP s
there must be something that reads the IP and see if its a Proxy or not

Yeah I need proxys disabled too, I'm being targeted for hacking right now.

Well on VBulletin is a way of doing it
there must be a improved mod or something that can make the difference between a proxy and a normal IP Address
