Solved Music Player on Forums

Hi, my friend has a forum about music, and he wanted to put in some music players in it.
He found great players at www.beemp3.com and wanted to put them. Is it that ok by the ToS, or does he need to remove them?

Music players are fine. We even have tutorials on how to put them on forums !!!
