What's the basket?

On the general configuration part of the admin panel, what isi the basket thing? What does it do?


I'd rather know what it is than have a huge error message.

EDIT : to make a long story short, let's say the "basket" is similar to the "garbage" in this forum.

All you have to do is create a forum, and select as a "basket" in Admin Pannel > Configuration

Then, The "basket" icon will appear at the bottom of the page, when you're reading a topic. If you click that icon, the topic will automatiqueky be moved to the sub-forum you selected as a "basket"
