Categories/Forums linking to external pages

Is there any way to do this?
Its hard to describe, so I'll just show you what I mean. If you look at this forum, you can see the the two bottom forums on the first categorie saying "Chat Box" and "Homepage" both link to external pages. Is there any way to do this with Forummotion?
