Linking an External Forum to my exisiting one

Hey guys

Hoping someone can help me, i want to link another forum to the existing one i have, however i want to link it thru a forum on my site but cant seem to get it to work.

Its another forum for the male counterpart part of my site, as the existing one is a support site for military dependants.

Can anyone shed some light on how to do this or if its even possible
