image cell will not widen in forum topic

Hi, this is my first time posting so I hope it's to the correct area.

I have a graphic that the 'Your first Subject' appears over it.
I can change the width of the image cell on the main page, but can I change it on topic page inside a forum?

I don't think it's under 'General -> Forum-> Configuration -> Pages structure'. That only works on the main page (at least for me currently).

any ideas?

I dont see anything like that, unless you have already fixed it?? However i would love to know how u got the info scrolling across the top
