Solved Need help Moving to a Host

How do I go about gathering the information from the free site I have to moving it onto a hosted server that I am paying for? I just purchased a domain but I want the information I have through the free community. How do I go about moving my community to a host?

Nevermind. I know you guys are busy I ended up just making it over thanks for the help I would have received
