Images next to names. Empty Images next to names.

I was thinking is there a way we can add an Image next to the name like in the vBulletin-Type or Mybb-Type forums?
(I mean like where it shows users online or users online on the last 24 hours.)(And When they post and thier profile Ect..)

Here is an example of what I mean.
Images next to names. Kidd10
