New Thread, Like a Form

This is a forums new thread opening place. I want to make like that. In only selected forums, when you say new thread, It comes like that. So Here another link:

When you say ''new thread'' you see it.

Oh well then i am probably misunderstanding what you exactly want.

When you go to the second link, you see a button named ''new thread'' at the right. So Click it and you wont see the regular thread posting screen. Its like a form that you fill. Like Character name, age etc. I want this for my rpg.

I don't see any new thread at the right because i am not logged in.

Also, i am sure its not possible to do it on forumotion yet, to click on a new topic button & have a form submission html page open.
