[solved]forums that groups can only view it but can't get in

I now can set the permissions to let specific groups can't view the private forum on the index page.

But is there any way to let them view the forum on the index but can'y get in it?

yes you can " read this topic Permissions

I had read the Permissions thread already but just can't find out the answer so that I posted this problem.....

Edit the private forum Permissions
View : Registered
Read:Private

then modify the group Permissions to see and read this private section

So I had misunderstood the illustration of the option "Read the topics"...
I thought this option is to control the right to see the headline of topic
