Problem With New Members Registrations

When we receive new members registrations and try to check the profile before approving them nothing is showing up but my user name as their e-mail and encoded password dots. If we approve them the information that they filled out to register is on there. Hasn't done that before but the last 2 new members have been this way. Just wondered why? We have not changed anything. Thanks for your help. I am attaching a screenshot to show you what it shows.

where is that options to activate new members

Users and groups>User options>Allow new members

Im not really sure about your problem alexandrite...

i acdtive Allow new members but agein can`t register new members look image from my options
