Forums directory Issue

Hi,

Just encountering a name problem. In the Forums Directory, my forum is displayed like so:


After changing my forum's name and design, and after disabling the Forums Directory and then re-enabling it, it still appears as my old forum, after 1 month. Currently, the name is incorrect and the thumbnail is wrong, but the description is correct.

At my end, I cannot see any place that I can change it as my forum doesn't have anything in relation to the old forum's name and design. I think it may be a technical issue. Can anyone help?

David, you need to re-submit it.

Also, this appears to be a flow-on affect from the technical problem of the forum name not changing

Can you re-confirm that everything on your forum now states what your forum is now.

Currently, everything on my forum is correct ie. Forum name, Homepage name and metatags.

Even the section says how it is going to be displayed, but no result in practice for the Forums Directory (thats if they are interrelated):

There's not really anything I know of that can assist you here?

I would assume that this is a technician's problem.
