That guy also shut down the forum system, without any minute. I want to report this guy for violated the forum with shutting down the forum with the terms of service.

If you can help to report to the police, I have reasons behind it.

You don't post a reply there, read what it says, and follow the previous link by Darren.

if you report the forum, and there is a Terms Of Service violation then the forum will be closed down for good Wink

alright alright....

Let me explain, this guy feels shutting down the forum without any common sense and the people's knowledge. As whenever I created so much accounts, that guy, banned my accounts whenever I created so much email accounts, this is too overboard. In the words, he said this this way, "I cannot tolerate people insulting others without a reason. Unfortunately only for him, he thinks he has a reason but to members have no ideas what he is saying." All these are nonsense, because I have my brain to think but for them, they have brains but no common sense. And that is why I report to here is the best.

That is the end of my story, want to know my new forum? You may ask me... Wink

Everything he is doing is perfectly legal. He doesn't break any ToS and the admin may do what ever. I'm sorry to say, but there is nothing you can do with the situation described. Its all legal.

How do you know? If the admin didn't reopen the registration, he is an administrator who said sorry to me first!!!

Moved where? It gets removed. But, looking at your case, there would be no point in reporting it. They have done nothing illegal.

If that is the case, as long as the forum becomes history, there is no point reporting it. But you know that forum is still available, why not make a report to here 1st, before we see how.

But there is nothing to settle. There is no legal problem being faced. The admin can ban you everytime you sign up, or mislead their people. He can shut down the forum without any notice, and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. Sorry if it seems like you are being picked on, but not everyone is like you and you need to realize there are many different types of people and customs they follow, in the world. Just move on. forget about this issue.

No way, this is an illegal problem now, we will report this issue to the forum of phpbb or forumotion. And if this continues to happen, there is no chance to sign up with an account. You think if you can plan a notice in the forumotion, so that every admin will follow the new rules.

Report an abuse Empty Re: Report an abuse

Post by hiroko September 15th 2009, 11:06 am

I can give you an example.

For example, whenever you see someone's forum and you register for an account, it states it is a forbidden account. What you can do is to get a form and write down an abuse before send the email to forumotion or phpbb....

But if when you see someone's forum that is available, for example, http://dragontooth.darkbb.com

Please refer to this link: https://www.forumotion.com/en/create-forum/make-free-message-board-phpbb3.htm

And you want to create a forum, at Internet Address of your forum, such http://dragontooth.darkbb.com that means it is not available, so the forum is still accessed through internet.

Only the way you can do is to report the matter to either phpbb or forumotion or directly sent to the police. It is too far for me to ignore....

Hi,

You are ALLOWED to ban email addresses. That is the admin's choice, and you can do nothing about it. You are NOT allowed to report things like that, as it is legal. Forumotion, Phpbb and especially the police will do nothing about it. Sorry, but you have shown yourself to that place as "unreliable" and that is why they have banned you from joining that site. You are not allowed to join that site anymore. You have been banned, so as far as I'm concerned, I will leave it here and let you resolve this minor matter with someone else.

Thanks.

No, they are doing things which are illegal, must have something done illegal to keep private. On top of these, Forumotion, Phpbb and especially the police will have to try to help me. You better keep this in mind, no one will know if that could illegal forum. If you let someone to resolve, ask your friends to consider.

You might not know if that forum is illegal, because There are things hidden in the forum.

That is all...
