Change forum colour

Well i dont know how to explain but i would like the most inner section of my forum to be changed from white

As I said I dont really know how to explain it so here is a lnik to my forum and when u visit go to the forum http://liverpoolfanszone.forumotion.com and u will see the whitest section there i would like to change

Try this please,

ACP=>Display Tab=>Pictures and Colors=>Colors Tab=>Background Colors=>

~Table Row Color 1
~Table Row Color 2 and highlight
~Table Row Color 3 and separation

Change the html color codes of these three fields, and you'll solve your problem,
