Editing Activation Emails

Was hoping someone could tell me how I could change the following activation email text from this:

Your account on "" has now been activated, you may login using the username and password you have received in a previous email.


to this:

Your account on The City of Olni has now been activated, you may login using the username and password you have received in a previous email.

Any ideas?

So it's supposed to stay blank? Why would they have those quotation marks there as if something goes between them without a way of filling in that blank? o-O
